Jellicent Stage 1 Item Lock

Jellicent ex has a fantastic Ability that can completely shut down many decks, and this deck goes all in on this. It aims to set up Jellicent ex on turn 1 going first using Boost Shake, with no other Pokémon in play, so that Oceanic Curse can't be shut off by Guzma. Then, the goal is simply to KO the opponent while they pass the turn over and over. If they do manage to set up despite the Item and Tool lock, then Jellicent ex will surely lose, as it has no long-term game plan.
